How to use our return services?

- You will receive your return slip within 1-2 working days.
- Fill in the return form you received with your order and include it in your package
- Return fees will be deducted from your refund*
*Standard return fee is €11 but large or heavy parcels may incur a larger fee.
You have right to regret within 14 days of product delivery.
*Extended right to regret applied over the holidays between December 1st and January 5th.
To be approved for return, the product must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Affixed with labels and packing (if applicable)
• Clean
• Placed in any plastic container it arrived in
PETSTER reserves the right to approve or deny refunds if the product is not in salable condition.
The following products are not included in right of return:
• Schampoo, Conditioner, Coat gloss & other coat- or fur cleaning products
• Toothbrushes, perfume, sanitary- and other hygiene products
• Horse care products
• Treats, Bones, Dietary supplements, and Vitamins
• Seasonal products: Fancy dress clothing and Christmas products.
When your return has been received by PETSTER and been approved you will be refunded the cost of your purchase minus shipping costs.

How do I file a complaint?
If you wish to file a complaint of damaged goods, do so here. Processing time for complaints is 7-20 days due to communications with our suppliers. You must keep the product until your claim is processed even if it is unusable.
Note! PETSTER reserves the right to refuse complaints caused by normal wear-and-tear, age, accidents, or misuse.
How do I file a claim on clothing from Uhip?
Complaints regarding clothing from Uhip purchased through Petster are processed directly through Uhip. This will ensure the quickest and most streamlined process possible.

If you wish to file a claim on a product from Petsafe purchased through us at Petster, do so directly through Petsafe. This will ensure the quickest and most streamlined process possible.

How do I file a claim on a Non-Stop Dogwear product?
If you wish to file a claim on a product from Non-Stop Dogwear purchased through us at Petster, do so directly through Non-Stop Dogwear. This will ensure the quickest and most streamlined process possible.
You must file your claim within two months of discovering the issue with the product. Note that the warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear-and-tear, damage due to accidents, misuse, washing, dog bites, fire, sharp objects (fences, stones, skiis etc.) or the natural degradation of colours and materials over time.

If you wish to exchange a product, make a new order for what you want. Then follow the instructions below to return the product(s). For free return shipping, state the order number of your new order.
